Delivery Information

Our postal charges are as follows:

• Orders over $100 include free standard shipping within Australia
• Orders under $100 incur flat rate of $10 standard shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped and handled within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: sales@one8.com.au

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority at ONE8. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange or refund your item. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and must still be in an unused and saleable condition. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless an error was made by ONE8. If you would like to exchange the item, please send us an email first. Once approved is received via email, then the exchanged item may be sent back.

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
